TOUCH FOOTBALL AUSTRALIA
"Touch" originated from Rugby League in the 1960's. Classed as a "limited contact sport", Touch is generally played by two teams of six players and is gaining rapid world popularity among men, women and children of all ages.
There are currently over 250,000 registered Touch players in Australia, as well as 500,000 school children and an estimated 100,000 casual players. The main domestic competition is the annual National Touch League and a bi-annual Touch State of Origin series.
