KooGa Australia started out in Queensland in 2000 with little more than a proud family’s unstoppable passion for the 3 codes of contact football. The company rapidly built a reputation for its innovative approach to design and its fastidious attention to detail. From the very beginning, KooGa set out to revolutionise the way contact football gear was made, inspired by its vision to not only create a better product but to genuinely enhance the athletic performance of every player and every team that wire the KooGa brand.
Not surprisingly, the number of top representative teams across all three codes to recognise the “KooGa edge” grew, till today over 1,200 teams including the Wallabies, the Western Bulldogs, the Melbourne Storm, the Newcastle Knights, the Queensland Reds, the ACT Brumbies, the NZ Kiwi’s, the Fiji Rugby Union and the Tongan Rugby Union and Rugby League, exclusively wear KooGa Teamwear.
KooGa now operates from bigger, more sophisticated premises in Labrador on the Gold Coast, and its staff has grown considerably, but the same “hands on” passion for perfection in every detail, greater performance from every product and the highest standards of service, still burns as strongly as the very first day.
